"A loyal customer since 2018..."
Since 2018, I've been a regular here and the customer service has always been top-notch. I can totally vouch for this company. They've got a customer for life in me!

"Terrible customer support experience."
Absolutely the worst customer support I've ever encountered. The owner is just awful. I reached out via email regarding the product's materials, and her response was "QUIT SENDING ME EMAILS!!!!" Plus, the item is manufactured in China, even though it was advertised as made in the USA on Instagram. She refuses to process any refunds.

"Seriously, who behaves like that with a real business to manage?"
The owner is incredibly rude! She looked into my job and even contacted my boss just because I tagged her Facebook page. I only tagged her page since she didn’t reply to my email regarding my product. Like, come on, who goes that far when they’re supposed to be running a proper business?
